Job summary

Community Alliance for the Homeless (CAFTH) is seeking a Finance and Grants Coordinator to oversee all financial processes and record-keeping for grants. The role collaborates closely with the Finance and Grants Director, partner agencies, and CAFTH financial staff to ensure accurate reporting and compliance across grants.

The position supports grant administration, sub-grantee monitoring, and post-award activities, with emphasis on OMB compliance and data-driven reporting within a dynamic

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in a human services field, or HS diploma with 1 year related experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet use and related software.
• Experience with HUD grants and federal regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant life cycle processes: award management, payments, reporting, monitoring, and post-award management.
• Prepare reimbursements for funders and sub-recipients.
• Track invoices and expenses related to all grants.
• Ensure compliance and strong controls of grant funds in partnership with Finance Director.
• Support program staff and sub-recipients on OMB circulars and policies.
