Job summary

Freedom a la Cart is seeking a Grants and Data Coordinator to manage grant lifecycle, perform thoughtful data analysis, and report program outcomes to funders. The role supports engagement and fundraising, with responsibilities across grant coordination, data systems, and administrative duties.

The successful candidate will handle proposal writing, deadlines, data quality audits, and cross-department collaboration, reporting to the Senior Engagement Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit or equivalent experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Solid data management skills with spreadsheets/CRM experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to track data for grants and reporting.
• Team player with strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
• Problem-solving, sound judgment in new situations.
• Flexible to evolving needs of a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Grant Coordination: identify opportunities, write proposals, track deadlines, and maintain documentation.
• Data & Database Coordination: manage Bloomerang/Sure Impact, audit data quality, ensure data integrity.
• Administrative & Additional Support: represent Engagement Team, assist events and fundraising as needed.
