The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of grant administration, with strong analytical and communication skills in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of grant management experience.
• Experience coordinating pre- and post-award activities.
• Ability to develop budgets, proposals, and sub-award documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor pre-award activities including proposal submissions and internal approvals.
• Develop policies for award duration, reporting, and no-cost extensions.
• Submit electronic grant applications and liaise with Research Administration.
• Manage post-award activities: staffing, payroll, effort reports, and spend approvals.
• Ensure NOA terms compliance, including modifications and audits.
• Prepare monthly budget projections and reconciliations in Banner Finance.
