The role includes overseeing grant budgets, monitoring expenditures, coordinating audits, and preparing timely reports for funders, while partnering with units across the organization to secure and justify funding and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years of grant writing, technical writing, or fund development experience.
• Experience in higher education or similarly complex environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project manage a group of state and federal funders providing over $1M in annual support.
• Develop grant budgets and monitor budgets monthly/quarterly.
• Review grant agreements and donor requirements for compliance.
• Prepare financial reports for funders and required reporting schedules.
• Maintain grant documentation and coordinate audits for Federal/State awards.
• Forecast grant fiscal year and support organizational financial planning.
• Collaborate with departments to produce grant applications and required narratives.
