CMHA-CEI is seeking a Finance Grants Accountant to oversee the grant portfolio and financial reporting. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborates with the Finance Manager on policies and systems for grant activity.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (or related experience), one year in an administrative role, and strong data analysis and communication skills. A Michigan driver’s license and pass a background/credentialing process are required.

• Ability to communicate accurately and effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and make decisions.

Aufgaben

• Oversee financial management and reporting for CMHA-CEI grant portfolio.
• Develop and revise grant budgets and submit financial reports.
• Analyze allocable expenses and formulate projections.
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements and 2 CFR 200.
• Collaborate with CFO and Finance Manager on policies and systems.
• Maintain integrity of financial transactions and reporting.
