Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in nonprofit accounting and financial reporting for government contracts or grants.

Responsibilities

• Analyze grant details by visiting sites and reviewing proposals, contracts, budgets, and funder communications.
• Collaborate with agency staff to address grants management issues and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and submit financial reports required by funders; investigate cost discrepancies and adjust ledgers.
• Provide fiscal analysis, projections, and guidance on alternative financing options.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end closings and year-end audits.
