Job summary

Stimulus Technologies seeks a Project Coordinator – Grant Engineering & Construction to support large fiber builds by tracking design, permitting, and construction milestones across partners. You will ensure deliverables are on schedule, permits progress, and contractors align with the project plan for grant-funded work.

You will coordinate with Project and Construction Managers, permitting teams, and engineering firms to maintain audit-ready records, manage invoices, and assist with progress

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in project coordination, admin support, or operations support.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tracking streams and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate master project schedule for grant-funded projects and track milestones.
• Follow up with engineering firms and contractors on deliverables and permitting.
• Maintain auditable grant records and assist with progress reports and reimbursements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track action items.
• Log invoices and monitor budget impacts against contracts and SOWs.
