Job summary

Stimulus Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to own grant-funded fiber deployment projects from design kickoff through construction and network turnover. You will manage competing priorities across engineering partners, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring budget, schedule, and reimbursement eligibility, while maintaining rigorous compliance and public accountability.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in telecom, broadband, fiber, or utility construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead grant-funded fiber deployment projects from design kickoff through construction and turnover.
• Own the project schedule, budget, and compliance with grant milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, contractors, and clients to align scope and deadlines.
• Monitor risk, track changes, and ensure reimbursement eligibility and reporting.
• Prepare client status reports and lead project kickoff meetings.
