Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, associate/bachelor preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination or operations support experience in telecom/engineering.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Experience with project tracking tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Maintain master project schedule and track milestones.
• Coordinate information flow between Project Manager, Construction Manager and contractors.
• Process invoices and track project expenditures against budgets.
• Maintain auditable grant records and assist with progress reporting.
