Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and two years of related work experience; combination of training considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and Teams).
• Detail oriented with integrity and a growth mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and corps officers on missional needs and funding planning.
• Prepare projects for funding proposals with social services staff.
• Research grant opportunities and evaluate results.
• Grow government, corporate and foundation funding partnerships.
• Develop strategies to optimize grant administration processes.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Grants Compliance to meet financial and operational needs.
