Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
• One year of grant writing and development/fundraising experience
• Previous social services grant writing and fund development experience

Responsibilities

• Research funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals and reports in compliance with funder guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end grants process including calendars, reporting, and donor communications.
• Collaborate with leadership, program, finance, and marketing to gather data, outcomes, budgets, and materials.
• Support fund development campaigns and donor communications to drive engagement and funding.
