MACNY seeks a Program Contract Manager who will manage the process of the administration of contracts, ensuring effective operational compliance, budget adherence, and successful contract project delivery for statewide partners.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, collaborating across departments to maximize grant deliverables and maintain compliance with federal, state, and private funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or accounting with 3+ years in nonprofit setting.
• Experience in grant management and working with legal contract resolutions.
• Experience managing contracts using tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Assemble internal budget workbooks and justify proposals.
• Ensure all award documents meet compliance standards.
• Oversee administrative and financial aspects of awarded grants.
• Prepare and manage contract documents including subcontracts and amendments.
• Coordinate with program, finance, and legal teams on grant terms.
• Maintain records of grant-related documents and reports.
• Monitor grant progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive efficiency and process improvements in contract management.
