The position collaborates with Finance Grant Team and System Grant Leads to keep funded projects in good standing and audit-ready. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of grant administration or related compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years experience in grant administration, compliance, or fiscal oversight within a healthcare, university, or nonprofit setting.
• 2 years experience in project tracking, audit documentation, or database management.
• 2 years of Community Programmatic Work preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance across active grant awards and supporting timely submission of financial and programmatic reports.
• Coordinate timely submission of all required financial and programmatic reports.
• Identify potential risks or compliance issues early and work with Grants Team to address them.
