You will ensure strict federal grant compliance, support audits, and coordinate across FRA, FTA, and PMOC to maintain program integrity and timely reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of grant compliance, administration, or management for large infra projects.
• Deep knowledge of federal grant regs (FTA, FRA, USDOT).
• Experience with audit prep, grant reporting, documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PMIS, financial reporting tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
• Experience with federally funded projects and public sector grant mgmt.
• Familiarity with capital investment grants, triennial reviews, audits.
• Understanding of project controls, scheduling, milestone tracking.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with federal grant programs (FTA/FRA/USDOT).
• Review grant guidelines; prepare concise information and recommend revisions.
• Support audits; collect, prepare, and organize requested materials.
• Interface with technical, financial, and admin offices for Triennial Review.
• Update SOPs for grant regs and requirements.
• Conduct mock audits with qualified firms.
• Administer, document, and report on grants and USDOT funding.
• Liaise with FRA, FTA, and PMOC to ensure grant compliance.
• Lead meetings; prepare materials and track outcomes.
• Record and report financial data; track grant-related metrics.
• Assist with reporting to USDOT and drawdown submissions.
• Assist pre-award activities: proposals, agreements, applications.
• Manage grant awards; close out and documentation.
• Prepare HT P milestone schedules; track delays and justifications.
• Coordinate information requests across GDC stakeholders.
