Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Grant Compliance Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project in the New York area. The role focuses on federal grant programs, audits, and ensuring adherence to FTA/FRA and USDOT requirements.

You will lead SOP updates, coordinate with FRA/FTA/PMOC, prepare documentation, and support financial reporting and drawdown submissions. This is a high-impact, full-time opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in grant compliance, administration, or management for large infrastructure or transportation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of federal grant regulations (FTA, FRA, USDOT).
• Experience with audit preparation, grant reporting, and documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal grant programs and regulations.
• Prepare information for audits and review grant guidelines.
• Support audits, tracking requests and processes.
• Interface with technical, financial, and administrative offices for reviews.
• Update SOPs for compliance with grant regulations.
• Lead mock audits and administer grants from USDOT programs.
• Coordinate grant activities with FRA, FTA, PMOC, and GDC teams.
• Record financial data and assist with reporting to USDOT and funding partners.
• Prepare schedules for project milestones and track delays.
• Lead meetings and ensure timely stakeholder responses.
