Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks a Grant Compliance Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project, a landmark, federally funded infrastructure initiative in the New Jersey/New York region. You will lead governance, strategy, and proactive communications with FRA, FTA, PMOC, and other grantors, ensuring consistency and transparency across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing RFIs, coordinating with grants administration and project controls, and delivering dashboards, reports, and briefing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of grant compliance, administration, or management experience on large infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Understanding of project controls, scheduling, construction methods, and risk management.
• Ability to translate technical project information into clear responses for federal partners and leadership.
• Proven ability to manage data analysis and reporting across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic messaging and ensure data accuracy in reports to federal grantors.
• Manage RFIs with FRA/FTA/PMOC and oversee responses and tracking.
• Oversee dashboards, status reports and open-item tracking for federal partner requests.
• Coordinate across Grants Administration, Project Controls, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare materials for meetings and ensure compliance with oversight requirements.
