Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Grant Compliance Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project, a landmark infrastructure initiative delivering transformative transportation outcomes. The role focuses on governance, risk, and proactive federal communications to ensure funding and program integrity.

You will liaison with FRA/FTA/PMOC, manage information requests, and provide strategic messaging across Grants Administration, Project Controls, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in grant compliance, administration, or management for large infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Understanding of project controls, scheduling, construction methods, and risk management.
• Proven ability to translate technical information into clear responses for federal partners and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and oversee responsiveness in communications with federal grantors (FTA, FRA, PMOC).
• Coordinate nationwide/international communications and prepare briefing materials and submissions.
• Manage requests, tracking, escalation, and resolution with Grants Administration and project teams.
• Produce dashboards and reports on grant requirements and project delivery.
