You will serve as the primary liaison between Development, Finance, and Programs, focusing on state/local/private funding streams.

The role emphasizes post-award oversight, monitoring budgets, and preparing reports for agencies. Strong GAAP knowledge, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of related experience, preferably in finance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with GAAP and grant accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grants accounting from award to closeout to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate award and contract documentation with Development.
• Monitor grant budgets and provide recommendations to optimize spend.
• Prepare periodic financial reports to funding agencies.
• Maintain grant files and assist audits and compliance.
• Train and support program staff on grants processes.
