Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social work, psychology, public administration, or a related field.
• Experience delivering academic support, advising, college application assistance, and career exploration to students.
• Experience managing small to mid-sized budgets and supervising student staff or tutors.
• Experience developing programs, events, and workshops for students.
• Experience advising secondary school students (grades 6–12) on college, career, financial aid, and literacy information.
• Strong writing and speaking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project recruitment and develop ISP and Needs Assessments annually.
• Develop and implement co-curricular programming including workshops, trips, and events.
• Oversee tutoring schedules and ensure effective use of tutoring services.
• Monitor participant progress and report on outcomes and growth.
• Provide college admission and financial aid information to participants.
• Maintain participant files and ensure data entry into the program database; verify promotion, retention, and graduation.
• Support evaluation activities and prepare reports as assigned.
• Develop outreach networks within target communities and schools.
• Participate in professional development for growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
