Job summary

Mace is seeking a Grant Manager to oversee federally funded project grants, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and reporting. The role collaborates with project managers, finance teams, and auditors to maximize funding and maintain transparency.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in grant management and financial analysis, with proficiency in Excel and grant management systems. Hybrid work options are available for suitable candidates in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in grant management, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in federally funded projects.
• Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, grant management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research grant opportunities, prepare grant applications, and manage the grant award process for the federally funded tunnel project.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements, regulations, and reporting obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and financial performance to ensure alignment with grant guidelines and project goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and grant administrators to streamline grant processes and maximize funding utilization.
• Prepare accurate and timely grant reports, financial statements, and documentation for submission to funding agencies.
• Conduct financial analysis, grant forecasting, and risk assessment to optimize grant funding and budget management.
• Coordinate with auditors, grantors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate grant audits and ensure transparency and accountability in grant-related activities.
• Stay informed about federal grant regulations, funding trends, and compliance requirements to guide decision-making and strategy.

You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll Need To Have

The estimated salary for this position is $140K. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
