Job summary

You will collaborate with program leadership, finance teams, and funding agencies to manage grant budgets, prepare invoices, and ensure adherence to contract terms and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience in grant accounting and funding compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial activities of assigned grants from award through closeout.
• Prepare grant billings, reimbursement requests, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor grant budgets and restricted funding for compliance.
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and generate monthly financial reports.
• Assist with month-end close and grant-related audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with program managers to monitor budgets and funding utilization.
