Job summary

Neighborhood Family Practice in the Cleveland area seeks a Grant Accounting Manager to oversee financial management of Federal, State, Local, and private grants, ensuring GAAP and grantor requirements are met.

You will manage budgets, reconciliations, drawdowns, billing, and financial reporting, collaborating with Finance, Program leadership, and Fund Development to ensure timely, accurate stewardship of awarded funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience with federally funded programs.
• Nonprofit grant accounting experience and knowledge of GAAP and Uniform Guidance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant financial management across Federal, State, Local, and Private grants and contracts.
• Manage budgets, reconciliations, drawdowns, billing, and financial reporting; support internal and external audits.
