Job summary

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee day-to-day grant activity, billing, and compliance across federal, state, city, and foundation funding. This role ensures GAAP adherence and coordination with auditors while guiding Grant Analysts and Grant Billers.

Located in Denver, CO, the position reports to the Director of Grants & Compliance and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field.
• Extensive experience in grant billing preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience in grant management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Grant Analyst and Grant Billing staff.
• Reviews grant billings and reports to meet due dates and provides corrections.
• Provide Pre- and Post-award fiscal management for various grants.
• Coordinate with Program staff on budget planning and goals.
• Liaise with external auditors for single audit and ASC 606 schedules.
