Integral Care is seeking a Grant Accountant to manage complex grants accounting, budgets, analyses, and reporting with a focus on internal controls and compliance. This on-site role serves program staff and supports grant management across the agency.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CPA/CMA preferred, and at least 3 years of accounting experience including grants experience. Benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience, including at least 2 years with governmental or grant-funding programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting of governmental grants, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
• Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections aligned with funding requirements.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for stakeholders.
• Coordinate external audits and assist with audit resolution.
• Suggest improvements to accounting processes and controls for efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with program directors and project managers to align finances with program goals.
