Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Granite / Natural Stone / Marble / Building Materials sales.
• Strong knowledge of granite blocks, colours, quality, pricing and market trends.
• Experience in domestic and/or export granite marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for granite blocks and products.
• Identify and develop new domestic and international customers.
• Build relationships with traders, processing units, exporters, importers and distributors.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
• Develop new markets and expand the customer network.
• Monitor granite market prices, competitor activities and demand.
• Coordinate with quarry, production, quality, logistics and accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, quarry inspections and product presentations.
• Monitor receivables and coordinate with accounts for collections.
• Prepare sales forecasts and market analysis for management.
• Drive repeat business and long-term relationships.

Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Granite / Natural Stone / Marble / Building Materials sales.
• Strong knowledge of granite blocks, colours, quality, pricing and market trends.
• Experience in domestic and/or export granite marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Strong customer network in the granite/stone industry will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Target-oriented and commercially focused.
