Jack in the Box in Milledgeville, GA is opening a brand-new location and seeks experienced QSR leaders to launch it successfully. As a founding Team Leader, you will direct restaurant operations during shifts, lead the crew, and set the tone from day one.

Starting pay is based on leadership experience and availability to open or close. The role offers advancement toward a broader leadership path with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in QSR or restaurant leadership preferred.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations during shifts, including opening/closing.
• Assign positions, breaks, and daily duties to crew.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure brand standards.
• Coach and train Crew Members, giving feedback in the moment.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Support cash handling and manage labor/food costs during shifts.
• Assist the Assistant Manager/GM with goals as needed.
