Jack in the Box in Perry, Georgia is seeking an experienced Team Leader to launch a brand-new restaurant. As a founding Team Leader, you will direct restaurant operations during shifts, lead the crew, and set the tone for service from day one.

Starting pay is $14.00–$16.00 per hour, with a full-time schedule and flexible availability including nights and weekends. The role emphasizes leadership, training, food safety, and maintaining brand standards.

Formación

• Previous QSR or restaurant experience preferred; previous leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm, positive leadership style
• Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, with the ability to open or close as scheduled
• Reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Direct restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures
• Assign positions, breaks, and daily responsibilities to the crew
• Lead pre-shift meetings and hold the team accountable to brand standards
• Coach and train Crew Members, delivering feedback in the moment
• Maintain food-safety, cleanliness, and guest-service standards
• Support cash-handling procedures and manage labor and food cost during your shifts
• Assist the Assistant Manager/GM with operational goals as needed

We're opening a brand-new Jack in the Box in Perry, and we're looking for experienced QSR leaders to help us launch it right. As a founding Team Leader, you'll direct restaurant operations during your shifts, lead the crew, and help set the tone for our restaurant from opening day forward.
