Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ServSafe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members and managers.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and brand standards.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate product ordering, and implement cost-control measures to minimize waste.
• Analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement action plans to improve restaurant performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop effective schedules that align staffing levels with business needs and labor budgets.
• Drive sales growth through operational consistency, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a hands‑on leader with a proven track record in restaurant management, team development, financial performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, organizational skills, and an ownership mentality while maintaining operational excellence and driving continued restaurant success.
