4over is hiring a Grand Format Operator I in Huber Heights, OH. The role covers setup, adjustment, and safe operation of large format printing equipment to meet customer specifications, with a first shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, five days a week. Training may occur at other times.

Salary ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 hourly, commensurate with experience. The position requires a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience with Grand (Large) Format printing equipment.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience with Grand (Large) Format printing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Good time management and efficiency.
• Attention to detail in color accuracy and print placement.
• Ability to read and understand English policies and instructions.
• Strong math basics.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Access Batching System to view schedule and identify priority jobs to be completed
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on large format printers to ensure optimal performance
• Identify and help resolve equipment or production issues by assisting with basic troubleshooting
• Review job orders to determine print specifications such as quantity, stock type, ink colors, and special instructions
• Complete and maintain required documentation, including production logs and quality checklists
• Actively remove waste items for recycling
• Complete and process all required paperwork and records
• Regularly perform general housekeeping duties
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe working environment
• Report workplace hazards or near misses to management immediately
• Attend all department/company meetings
• Wear PPE when required
• Other duties as assigned
