Job summary

4over is seeking a Print Production Manager to supervise the pressroom and plant operations in Huber Heights, OH. The role deputizes for the Plant Manager and ensures production quality, safety, and efficiency on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, monitoring schedules and inventories, resolving production issues, and maintaining OSHA and ISO compliance. A strong background in print and bindery machinery and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum supervising and leading employees in a print manufacturing environment.
• Five years minimum with print and bindery machinery including sheet fed web presses.
• Proficient with late model Komori sheet fed presses (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shift production and overtime schedules, optimize staffing and equipment use.
• Monitor production levels, schedules and inventories and report to Plant Manager.
• Resolve operational, production and maintenance issues to maximize output.
• Support safety culture and ensure OSHA/ISO compliance across the plant.
• Provide training and performance feedback to employees; assist in hiring and development.
