4over is seeking a Grand Format Operator I to set up and safely operate large format printers, ensuring prints meet customer specs and company policies. You will work 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM or similar), review job orders, perform basic maintenance, document production logs, and uphold safety standards in a climate-controlled plant.

• 1-2 years' experience with large format printing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to read English policies and instructions.

• View schedule and prioritize jobs in batching system.
• Perform routine maintenance on large format printers.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and ensure quality output.
• Review job orders for print specs and ensure parameters are followed.
• Maintain production logs, maintenance records and quality checklists.
• Regularly perform housekeeping and follow safety policies.
