Job summary

4over is seeking a seasoned Manager, Production in Huber Heights, OH to lead the pressroom and plant operations for quality printed products. The role deputizes the Plant Manager in their absence and requires expertise in coordinating daily production, staffing, and safety initiatives.

The candidate should have a decade of supervisory experience in print manufacturing, plus five years with print/bindery machinery, ideally Komori presses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years supervising experience in a print manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of five years operating print/bindery machinery incl. sheet fed web presses.
• Proficiency with late model automated sheet fed presses, Komori preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shift production and overtime schedules to optimize staffing and equipment.
• Monitor production levels, schedules, and inventories; report to Plant Manager.
• Resolve operational and maintenance issues to sustain optimal output.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure OSHA, ISO compliance across operations.
• Supervise employees and ensure proper utilization of equipment and resources.
• Foster teamwork, address grievances, and support training and development.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Ensure production adheres to quality standards and customer requirements.
