Job summary

Cooperative-Farmers-Elevator-1 is seeking a Grain Handler/Truck Driver to safely move grain between farms, customers, and company locations. You will support operational efficiency, maintain product quality, and provide excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, basic computer skills, and the ability to work extended seasonal hours, with physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work extended seasonal hours.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, transport, and transfer grain and products safely and accurately.
• Verify delivery tickets and ensure products are delivered correctly.
• Monitor grain quality and assist with inventory management.
• Operate grain handling equipment and perform routine inspections.
• Perform basic maintenance and assist with equipment repairs.
• Operate feed trucks and other assigned vehicles as needed.
• Maintain accurate trip reports and required documentation.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
