Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial rolling stock (skidsteer, telehandler, front loader, forklift) and grain handling equipment.
• Safety oriented and compliant with plant policies.
• Able to organize and manage multiple priorities and time effectively.
• Works well as part of a team to support plant operations.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed.
• Demonstrates commitment to company values.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for dumping all grain coming into the plant.
• Assist at the scales and corn grading as needed.
• Oversee housekeeping, equipment, and operation of the corn receiving building and elevator.
• Assist with cleaning up other areas of the plant as required.
• Daily inspection of equipment both stationary and rolling stock.
• May work overtime some nights and weekends as needed.
• All duties performed safely in accordance with policies.
• Other duties assigned by management.
