Job summary

Gold Star FS, Inc. is seeking a Grain Systems Sales Manager in Illinois to develop and manage sales of grain storage, handling, and related equipment.

You will build relationships, identify project opportunities, prepare estimates, and coordinate projects end-to-end with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include site visits, design assistance, pricing, and ensuring safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in grain systems, grain handling, or agricultural equipment is preferred.
• Sales experience with demonstrated success is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate new business through prospecting, customer visits, referrals, and industry events.
• Identify customer needs and recommend grain storage and handling solutions.
• Sell grain bins, legs, conveyors, unload systems, fans, dryers, and related equipment.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, proposals, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Present proposals and negotiate pricing, scope, and project terms.
• Travel as necessary for customer visits and project sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
