Responsibilities

• Operate grain roasting equipment and control systems.
• Monitor roasting temps, dwell times, airflow and throughput.
• Adjust parameters to maintain product color, moisture and texture.
• Record production data and complete logs and quality checks.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and GMP compliance.
