Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a 2nd shift worker to operate conveyance equipment, load grain for outbound shipments, and assist with minor repairs. This role requires the ability to lift heavy loads, climb heights, and maintain housekeeping standards in a grain storage setting.

The position is on-site in a grain processing environment with responsibilities including operating grain drying equipment and data entry on scales. Training provided; prior experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0 - 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Previous work-related skills.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb up to 150 feet.

Responsibilities

• Operate conveyance equipment to move grain to and from storage.
• Load grain for outbound shipment.
• Housekeeping and assist with completion of minor repairs.
• Operate grain drying equipment.
• Receive information or instructions for performing work assignments.
