Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Grain Production Worker - Seasonal in Circleville, OH. You will support seasonal grain handling operations, loading and unloading across multiple transport modes and performing basic equipment maintenance while ensuring safe grain flow.

The role requires strong safety focus, reliability, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior production exposure is helpful; the position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in cold or warm production settings, including at heights up to 150 feet, while wearing PPE.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading/unloading of trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars.
• Fill/reclaim grain ground piles and other grain handling tasks.
• Provide basic maintenance and operator care of equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with team members.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
