Job summary

Cargill is seeking a dedicated team member for our grain operations. This temporary/full-time role involves receiving and shipping grain, basic equipment maintenance, and delivering strong customer service. You will work on a 1st shift and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment.

The position offers competitive pay ($19.00/hr), a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Eligibility to work in the US is required and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical job duties including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting with/without accommodation.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Basic use of a computer.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility operations such as receiving and shipping grain products.
• Provide basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with team members.
• Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

A Typical Work Day May Include
