Job summary

Cargill in Ord, NE is hiring a Grain Plant Operator for a seasonal, full-time role. You will load/unload trucks, vessels, railcars, and manage grain flow while inspecting equipment and performing basic maintenance.

You must be eligible to work in the United States, at least 18, and have basic English and computer skills. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required; PPE is provided for safety.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in production settings, including heights, while wearing PPE and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Filling/reclaiming grain ground piles and other grain handling tasks.
• Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment.

In this role, you will operate equipment, complete inspections, and assist with basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient grain flow.
