Cargill is seeking a Grain Plant Operator for a seasonal position in Dodge City, KS. The role involves loading and unloading bulk grain, moving materials across the facility, and performing routine equipment inspections to ensure safe grain flow.

Ability to work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions and to lift up to 50 lbs is required. Shifts run 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM with rotating days off; $18.50 per hour, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in temperature-variable environments.
