Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or differential shifts.

Responsabilités

• Grain and waste handling through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping soybean product and byproduct.
• Operate facility equipment (tractors, front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs).
• Monitor product quality specifications and collect samples for lab testing.
• Input and record data in safety, sanitation, and maintenance systems.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement of facility operations.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
