ADM is hiring a Production Specialist in Mexico, MO, for the 3rd shift (7 PM - 7 AM) with alternating days and weekend work. The role involves grain handling, equipment operation (tractors, loaders, forklifts, UTVs), quality checks, sampling, and data entry while following safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and possess basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate manual equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle grain and waste through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping soybean product and byproduct.
• Operate facility equipment including tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs, etc.
• Monitor product quality specifications.
• Collect product samples and transport them to the lab.
• Input and record data in computer systems for safety, sanitation, maintenance, and equipment operation.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement within the facility.
• Monitor and measure tank levels.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
