Job summary

The position requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with operators and leadership. Training is provided for PPE and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Loads bulk flour into trucks and railcars following procedures.
• Inspects trailers, railcars, loading equipment, seals for cleanliness and safety.
• Operates loading systems, scales, conveyors for loading operations.
• Completes required paperwork, shipping records, quality documentation.
• Performs routine housekeeping and sanitation to maintain a safe environment.
• Reports equipment issues, safety concerns, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Assists with basic preventative maintenance and equipment care.
• Follows GMP, safety, environmental, and quality policies.
