Job summary

ADM in Quincy, IL is hiring for a Production Specialist for 1st shift. The role runs Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with a full-time schedule and a base pay of $23.04/hour. Primary duties include grain handling, operating heavy equipment, ensuring product quality, collecting samples, and data entry.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE
• English communication (verbal/written)
• Overtime including holidays, nights, weekends

Responsibilities

• Grain and waste handling through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping soybean product/byproduct.
• Operate facility equipment including tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs.
• Monitor product quality specifications and collect samples for lab.
• Input and record data in computer systems for safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement in facility operations.
• Monitor and measure tank levels; maintain a safe/clean work environment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
