Job summary

MSCCN is seeking a Production Specialist in Quincy, IL for 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM), full-time. The role involves grain handling, equipment operation, data entry, quality checks, and environment safety adherence.

Candidate must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime and outdoor/indoor conditions are expected.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform physical duties (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle grain and waste, sweeping and cleaning.
• Operate facility equipment (tractors, loaders, forklifts, UTVs).
• Monitor product quality and record data.
• Collect samples and transport to lab.
• Input data into computer systems for safety, sanitation, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with peers and management to improve operations.
• Monitor tank levels and maintain a safe environment.
