Job summary

ADM is seeking a Production Specialist at the Mexico, MO facility. This full-time role runs the 3rd shift from 7 PM to 7 AM with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, and initial training on days M-F 7 AM–3:30 PM.

Compensation starts at $21.19 per hour with a $0.55 or $1.00 shift differential depending on shift. Duties include grain and waste handling, operating facility equipment, monitoring product quality, collecting samples, and recording data.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform physical job duties (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work in varied conditions with PPE.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Grain and waste handling through scraping, shoveling and sweeping soybean products.
• Operate equipment (tractors, loaders, forklifts, etc.).
• Monitor product quality specifications.
• Collect product samples and transport to lab.
• Input and record data regarding safety, sanitation and equipment operation.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement of facility operations.
• Monitor and measure tank levels.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
