ADM is seeking a Production Specialist at our facility in Mexico, MO. The role involves grain and waste handling, operating farm-equipment-like machinery, and maintaining product quality with regular data input into our systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Grain and waste handling through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping soybean product and byproduct.
• Operate equipment such as tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs.
• Monitor product quality specifications.
• Collect product samples and transport them to the lab.
• Input and record data in computer systems for safety, sanitation, maintenance and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Monitor and measure tank levels.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
