Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a full-time seasonal grain handler to support seasonal grain handling operations. The role involves loading, unloading, storing, and moving bulk commodities, operating equipment, and ensuring safe grain flow in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities include working with trucks, barges, and railcars; maintaining equipment; delivering excellent customer service; and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied temperatures, at heights from 4 to 150 feet, with PPE, lifting up to 50 lbs.
