Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a full-time seasonal worker to support grain handling operations. You will load, unload, store, and move bulk commodities in a fast-paced agricultural setting.

Candidates must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., proficient in English, and able to lift up to 50 lbs while wearing PPE. The role offers $25.00/hr with a sign-on bonus and requires flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written) with basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks with PPE in varied temperatures.
• Experience in production work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars.
• Manage grain ground piles and ensure proper storage and movement of bulk commodities.
• Perform basic maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Provide customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Follow safety policies and work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and twisting, while wearing PPE.

Additional Information
